You nailed my reaction to Marquee Moon in the previous post. Couldn’t have written a better summary – I remember the first time I listened to the album and being blown away by the fact that I’d just listened to a 10 minute song and enjoyed it so much. Sometimes that 2 second guitar riff gets stuck in my head when I’m walking down the street. I’m looking forward to reading about your take on the 1987-1994-ish Pavement-y years. Nice work.
